Ordering
An order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed. Production begins once we have received usable stems, reference material and the project information we ask for.
Your files and rights
You confirm you own or are authorised to submit every file in the project. You keep all rights to your music. Your files stay private and are never published, shared or used as a portfolio example without your written permission.
Turnaround
Turnaround times are estimates from the moment complete files are received, and pause while we are waiting on you.
Revisions
Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds. Revisions cover adjustments to the work delivered; new arrangements, added parts or re-recorded material are a new project.
Refunds
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins. Once work has started, refunds are considered case by case. Dissatisfaction is addressed first through the revision process.
Delivery and storage
Final files are delivered through your order page using private, permission-checked links. Keep your own backups — project files may be removed from active storage after a stated retention period.
Fulfilment
Envy Music Now is the seller and is responsible for fulfilling your order, including any engineer we assign to it.
