Envy Music Now respects copyright. Members confirm they own or are authorised to publish everything they post, embed or submit for radio consideration.
Filing a notice
A copyright notice should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- The exact URL of the material you believe infringes it
- Your contact details
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them
- Your physical or electronic signature
What happens next
Valid notices lead to removal or disabling of the material and notification of the member who posted it. Members may submit a counter-notice. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.
Designated agent
A named copyright agent and contact address must be published here before launch and registered as required by law.
