Affiliate Agreement

Commission
The standard rate is 30% of the membership subtotal we successfully collect from a customer attributed to you. Sales tax is excluded. Discounts reduce the commissionable amount. Free trial periods do not create commission.
When commission ends or reverses
- The referred membership is cancelled or becomes inactive
- The payment permanently fails
- The payment is refunded, disputed or charged back
- The referral is disqualified for fraud
- An administrator removes the attribution for a documented reason
If a customer cancels and later reactivates the same account, the original attribution is preserved and commissions resume unless it was previously removed for a documented reason.
Attribution
Referrals are tracked by link or code with a 90-day window. The first valid affiliate responsible for the customer's original qualified registration keeps the relationship; a later link does not silently replace it. Administrators may manually assign or correct attribution when a customer was genuinely referred but the link was not used, and every such change is recorded in an audit log with a reason.
Payouts
Commissions are held for a review period, approved, then paid in batches once your balance passes the minimum payout threshold. You are responsible for your own taxes and for supplying any tax or identity information required before payout.
Prohibited conduct
- Self-referrals and duplicate accounts
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging and paid search on our brand terms
- Misleading income, exposure or endorsement claims
- Impersonating Envy Music Now
- Coupon, cookie or referral manipulation
Suspension
We may suspend or terminate affiliate participation, withhold commissions and reverse payments for fraud, abuse, excessive chargebacks or breach of these terms.
Meaning of recurring
"Recurring" or "residual" commission means commission on qualifying payments from an attributed customer while their eligible paid subscription remains active and successfully paying under these terms. It is not an unconditional lifetime guarantee.
